Model Gallery 1 : 64pr RML on A pivot

Model of a 64pr R.M.L. gun on a medium casemate traversing platform: made by Sylvain Rivest.

Sylvain explains: All the figurines are either converted WW2 stock or sculpted ( the two fellows at the end of the trail were sculpted )
Fittingly, any U.K. modeler will have noticed, all the heads are from Hornet models in the U.K., they were from the 'bare heads' inventory; hair and headdress had to be modeled. As for the gun, the barrel came from an old Verlinden kit (10" columbiad) that had to be heavily modified to resemble a 64 pdr Palliser gun. The pivoting platform was built from scratch as were all the accessories.
